This certificate can be used to travel to any location where the operator requires you to have a fit-to-cruise medical certificate before travelling.

Our medical certificates are accepted by Quark Expeditions, Antarctica Cruises, Aurora Expeditions, Hurtigruten Expeditions (HX), Poseidon Expeditions, Lindblad Expeditions, National Geographic, Silversea, Atlas Ocean Voyages, Swan Hellenic, Oceanwide Expeditions, Seabourn, Noble Caledonia, Scenic Eclipse and Norwegian Cruise Line and many others.

After purchase, you will receive a unique certificate booking reference number, which will allow you to upload your medical evidence via a simple form.

To allow us to assess your condition and issue a medical certificate, we will require the following information:

• A photo of your passport or driving license
• Your completed online medical form
• Your digital Summary Care Record
• A 30-second to 1-minute video explaining why you need the certificate
• The name of your cruise ship and your destination
• Details of your regular Doctor (if you have one)

Once your medical evidence has been checked your certificate will be authorised and signed by one of our selected Doctors.

All our doctors are UK GPs registered with the GMC (General Medical Council) and the FCDO (Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office).

Zoomdoc Health is an authorised medical provider regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our contact details will be shown on your certificate with a QR code enabling a verification check of your certificate.

Depending on the refund or cancellation policy of your cruise providers, you may be able to supply evidence that you are unfit to cruise so you can alter your travel date or cancel entirely.

ZoomDoc’s online doctors can determine whether you are fit to travel on a cruise ship, and can also provide certificates that explain if you are no longer medically fit for a cruise.

Any additional medical forms required by your cruise operator are undertaken as part of the service – there is no additional charge.

Once you have sent us your pre-filled additional forms, our doctors will review, sign and stamp them prior to sending them back to you.

Our fit-to-cruise medical certificate is valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date it is issued.

Our doctors thoroughly review your medical evidence and may call you if they have any questions.

If for any reason, we are unable to validate your evidence or are unable to supply you with you a certificate you will be notified and given a full refund.
