What is a visa medical certificate of good health?
Before going abroad to live, work, or study, some countries might need you to get a health check as part of the visa application documentation. These checks referred to as IHR 2005, are also called a Medical Certificate of Good Health.

What information and medical evidence do you require from me?
After purchase, you will receive a unique certificate booking reference number, which will allow you to upload your medical evidence via a simple form.
To allow us to assess your condition and issue a medical certificate, we will require the following information:
- A photo of your passport or driving license
- Complete an online medical questionnaire
- Your Summary Care Record
- A 30 second video upload to confirm your identity and that you have no infectious diseases
- Details of your regular NHS GP (if you have one)
Who signs the certificate and how do I know it’s legitimate?
Once your medical evidence has been checked your certificate will be authorised and signed by one of our selected Doctors.
All our doctors are UK GPs registered with the GMC (General Medical Council) and the FCDO (Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office).
Zoomdoc Health is an authorised medical provider regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our contact details will be shown on your certificate with a QR code enabling a verification check of your certificate.
How long is this medical certificate valid?
Our medical certificate of good health (IHR 2005) is valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date it is issued.
This timeline is set by international guidelines.
What happens if you cannot validate my medical evidence?
Our doctors thoroughly review your medical evidence and may call you if they have any questions.
If for any reason, we are unable to validate your evidence or are unable to supply you with you a certificate you will be notified and given a full refund.
