What will I receive?

This medical certificate is specifically for all non-EU citizens wishing to work in France.

How does it work?
Following the purchase of your France work medical certificate, you will be asked to upload medical evidence by completing a short online form and submitting a 30-second to 1-minute video confirming your identity and that you are fit and well.
You will also be asked to upload your Summary Care Record, which details current and past medical health conditions, medications and immunisations. This can be accessed on request from your GP surgery, or via the NHS app (if linked with your surgery).
Your evidence is then reviewed by our doctors, prior to issuing your medical certificate of good health. If our doctors have any further questions, they may give you a quick call.
This medical certificate is signed by a UK FCDO-registered doctor and includes a QR code enabling verification.

We only provide full refunds if we are unable to provide a medical letter.
Once our doctors have provided a medical letter, we are unable to process a refund.
When will I receive my medical letter?
Our team will review your evidence and provide you with your letter on the same day that evidence is uploaded (between 9am and 9pm GMT, 7 days a week).
Who signs this medical certificate?
One of our FCDO-registered doctors at ZoomDoc Health will sign your medical certificate.
We are a UK-regulated healthcare service and all our doctors are registered with the UK General Medical Council.
Are ZoomDoc doctors FCDO-approved?
Yes – all our doctors are fully registered with the FCDO (Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office).
Therefore, their signatures will be recognised if your medical certificate requires to be legalised.
