- Your digital Summary Care Record or a doctor’s letter confirming your medical disability
- Details of your regular Doctor (if you have one)

In both the UK, USA and many other jurisdictions, businesses and landlords are not legally obliged to accept ESA letters, although many will take an ESA letter into consideration.
Our Doctors review and assess each case, to determine if an emotional support animal is applicable. If you do not meet the medical criteria, have evidence to confirm a disability and requirement to have an ESA, our Doctors will be unable to provide this letter. In this scenario, our team will cancel your application and provide a full refund.

What will happen after I purchase an emotional support letter?
After purchase we will provide you with your unique certificate booking reference number, which will allow you to upload your medical evidence.
Once uploaded, our doctors will review your evidence on the same day (between 9am and 9pm GMT, 7 days a week) – they may call you if they have any questions.
Once validated, we will send your emotional support animal [ESA] medical letter to you by email and SMS.

Do you provide refunds?
We only provide full refunds if we are unable to provide a medical letter.
Once our doctors have provided a medical letter, we are unable to process a refund.
