About this medical letter
Disability medical letter
If either you or your child has a disability, you may require a medical letter as evidence of your condition when arranging support and access, including housing applications, airport assistance, and access to events and theme parks.
Our doctors can provide you with a same-day medical letter that will confirm your disability and its impact on your day-to-day life. No appointment is needed – simply apply online.
What will I receive?
You will receive a verifiable digital PDF letter signed by a medical professional and sent directly to your mobile, containing the following details:
- Your name and date of birth.
- Your medical disability and how it affects you.
- Signature and authorisation by one of our GMC-registered UK doctors.
- Contact details of ZoomDoc Health with a QR code enabling a verification check.
How does it work?
Following the purchase of your disability medical letter, you will be asked to complete a short online form. This includes uploading a 30-second to 1-minute video to explain your disability and how it affects you.
Your evidence is then reviewed by our doctors, prior to issuing you with your medical letter. If our doctors have any further questions, they may give you a quick call.
Accepted worldwide, this digital PDF letter is signed by a UK-registered doctor and includes a QR code enabling verification.

”We understand that confirming and proving you or your child has a disability is not always that simple. Our disability medical letter will confirm the disability and how it affects you or your child from day to day. Our medical letters all have QR codes, which make it easy to confirm validity when provided to airports, concert venues, stadiums, events or theme parks. They can also be used as part of Blue Badge and housing priority applications to confirm disabilities.“
