A big big thank you to Neil Taub for taking the time to explain to me and my husband on what to do about purchasing a gym membership cancellation request letter. Our Gym were refusing to cancel our contract without a valid GP letter stating we would no longer be able to use the club due to my husbands health. Our usual GP was going to charge us £50 and a 4 week wait. I contacted Neil and he told me it was £40 for the letter and the doctor would view it within a couple of hours. We received the letter the next day early in the morning as we submitted our video and documents late in the evening. Highly recommend this company!! And if you get Neil you're lucky!
