Injury & Accident Confirmation – Medical Letter

If you have recently injured yourself or had an accident at work, home, on holiday or if you have been involved in a road traffic accident, you may be requested to provide a medical letter confirming the injuries that have occurred and the impact of your injuries.

These Medical Letters are often requested by insurance companies or your workplace if an accident has occurred at work.

  • Speedy: Get your medical confirmation letter within a few hours
  • Verifiable: QR Code on every Doctors Letter
  • UK Doctors: GMC Registered Doctor Signed Letters
  • Fair: Full refund if we are unable to provide a Letter

How does it work?

Following purchase of this medical injury confirmation letter, you will be guided to upload your medical evidence.

This is all undertaken via a simple questionnaire prior to uploading a 30 second to 1 minute video from your mobile phone, confirming the accident and injuries sustained.

Your evidence is then reviewed by our team of Doctors and we then issue you with your Medical Letter Confirming your injuries. If our Doctors have any further questions, they may give you a quick call – it is that simple.

All of our Doctor Letters are on company headed paper, with the doctors full name and GMC registration number. They are also QR coded to enable a validity check by your workplace or insurance company.
