How does it work?
We know it is not always that simple to get a Doctors Letter or proof to confirm illness or reasons for absence so we’ve simplified this to help employees.
Following purchase of a Medical Letter, you will be guided to upload your medical evidence. This is all undertaken via a simple questionnaire.
As part of your evidence, you will need to upload a short 30 second to 1 minute video from your mobile phone, explaining why you require a Medical Sickness Letter.
Your evidence is reviewed by our team of Doctors and we then issue you with your medical letter. If our Doctors have any further questions or concerns then they may give you a quick call – it is that simple.
All of our Doctor Letters are on company headed paper, with the doctors full name and GMC registration number. They are also QR coded to enable a validity check by your workplace.
ZoomDoc are a private GP Service and this letter is not the same as an NHS Med3 Fit note. These are only available from an NHS GP Surgery.
