To obtain an international visa for travel to many countries (see below), you will be required to submit a medical certificate of good health (IHR 2005) as part of the application documentation.

What will I need to supply?

- Complete an online medical questionnaire
- Your Summary Care Record
- A 30 second video upload to confirm your identity and that you have no infectious diseases
- Details of your regular NHS GP (if you have one)
What will happen after I purchase a medical certificate of good health for a visa?
After purchase, we will provide you with your unique certificate booking reference number, which allows will allow you to upload your medical evidence.
Once uploaded, our doctors will review your evidence on the same day (between 9am and 9pm GMT, 7 days a week) – they may call you if they have any questions.

Our medical team reviews all submitted evidence promptly and aims to issue your letter on the same day the evidence is uploaded. This service operates between 9am and 9pm GMT, seven days a week, ensuring fast turnaround times and support when you need it most.

Will I require any additional forms?
Please note that some countries may require additional medical forms to be completed and signed as part of their visa application process. We recommend checking with the embassy or consulate of your destination country to confirm the specific health documentation required.

France Work Requirements
