Excellent Service
I fell and broke my ankle 5 weeks before I was due to go on holiday. Despite repeated requests to the hospital consultant and my GP practice, I was unable to obtain the required letter which stated I was unfit to travel. Excellent service. Confirmed my little girl was unfit to fly due to chicken pox, which I am using to help my insurance claim. They then looked at another video again the following week and confirmed she was then fit to fly, so we could book another holiday. Our own GP team wouldn't help at all, and had me in tears! What will happen after I purchase a travel and holiday cancellation certificate?
After purchase, we will provide you with your unique certificate booking reference number, which will allow you to upload your medical evidence.
Once uploaded, our doctors will review your evidence on the same day (between 9am and 9pm GMT, 7 days a week) – they may call you if they have any questions.
