Excellent Service
I fell and broke my ankle 5 weeks before I was due to go on holiday. Despite repeated requests to the hospital consultant and my GP practice, I was unable to obtain the required letter which stated I was unfit to travel. Excellent service. Confirmed my little girl was unfit to fly due to chicken pox, which I am using to help my insurance claim. They then looked at another video again the following week and confirmed she was then fit to fly, so we could book another holiday. Our own GP team wouldn't help at all, and had me in tears!
